Sliding Scale: Starts at $60

This program is offered in a sliding scale:

• $60 – Lowest Rate
• $90 – Middle Rate
• $120 – Suggested Rate
• $240 – Highest Rate

One time charge for the whole year! We ask that you consider paying at the highest rate that your generosity can support. If you genuinely can’t afford a rate on the sliding scale, a limited number of reduced-rate scholarships are available by request.  Cancellation & Refund Policy
